JLA Home, a home furnishings company connected to Fremont, California-based E&E Co. Ltd., will soon be occupying a 1.02 million-square-foot distribution center in Wilmer. Plans submitted to the state have revealed that the build-to-suit facility will be located along Lavender Road and is being built by Irvine, California-based Panattoni Development Company.
